2. The submitting unit can download the construction permit on its own: After the drawing review is approved and all fees are paid, the submitting unit can download the construction permit on its own from the main service system. At that time, with a printed copy of the "Construction Permit", you can go to the certificate center to apply for construction related documents. Special booths that fail to pass the drawing review or have not paid the fees in full are not allowed to enter the construction site. If any violations are found during the construction, the work will be suspended and a fee of 2000 yuan will be deducted from the construction deposit.

3. Once the booth design is approved, it cannot be changed, otherwise construction cannot proceed. The construction site must be built strictly in accordance with the approved drawings by the main venue builder. If any discrepancies are found during on-site inspections, a "On site Rectification Notice" will be issued. If rectification is not carried out within the prescribed time, a fee of 500 yuan will be deducted from the construction deposit, and power will not be supplied to the site;

4. Requirements for drawing review and relevant regulations for construction:

height restriction：Booth height limit of 4.5 metersThe booth construction shall not exceed the height limit, shall not exceed the floor area of the booth, and the vertical projection of the building shall not exceed the marked range of the booth; It is not allowed to build a booth with a two-story structure;

Structure:The booth using steel structure columns should have columns with a diameter of For non welded materials over 10 centimeters, the bottom should be welded firmly to the chassis, and the upper part should be welded with flanges to increase the load-bearing area of the columns and ensure the firmness of the booth structure. The width of the main wall of the booth structure should not be less than 12 centimeters to ensure the contact area between the wall and the ground. For large-span walls and steel frame structures exceeding 6 meters, a crossbeam connection should be added at the top, and a column support should be added at the bottom to ensure the overall rigidity and stability of the booth. The bare floor booth without a frame structure must have a wooden wall thickness of no less than 30 centimeters; The frame structure of the bare floor booth must have a wooden wall width of no less than 10 centimeters. Load bearing wooden walls must have solid wood internal supports.

electricity consumptionAccording to the regulations of the Canton Fair exhibition hall, the lighting electricity and power electricity in the light floor special booth must not be mixed. If an electrical box is booked, a branch switch must be used and the electrical box must be fixed in place; The electrical box must be placed near the aisle of the booth and must not be obstructed; Single circuit electrical appliances in the distribution system diagram are not availableMore than 25 are required; The booth must provide its own electrical control box, which must be equipped with an air circuit breaker and a 30mA leakage protector with an operating time of less than 0.1 seconds, and the leakage protector must test and operate normally; Due to the exhibition of electrical products that require the removal of leakage protection devices, please contact the main venue first to communicate and declare, and submit a safety commitment letter for the removal of leakage protection devices as required (see Appendix B6). If special arrangements need to be made on it, one or more movable maintenance openings with an area larger than the size of the distribution box cover must be reserved to ensure smooth opening of the underground distribution box cover and facilitate fault handling.

fire control:The bare space booth must be equipped with one fire extinguisher for every 20 square meters, and a palace lantern fire extinguisher should be installed at the top position. All decoration materials should be made of non combustible or flame-retardant materials. The exhibition hall shall not use grass, bamboo, rattan, paper, bark, foam, reed, combustible plastic board (Wantong board), cloth and other materials without flame retardant treatment as decoration materials. The carpet shall be B1 grade flame retardant carpet. Components that have already been developed as finished or semi-finished products and have not used flame-retardant materials due to special reasons should be reported to the security department of the customer service center before entering the site. After approval, 0.5 kilograms of fireproof paint can be applied per square meter for treatment. Installation can only be carried out after passing the acceptance inspection of the exhibition hall.

air compressor：The Canton Fair exhibition hall does not provide compressed air。The air compressor for the exhibition needs to be provided by the exhibiting units themselves,And in accordance with the management regulations for the use of air compressors in the Canton Fair exhibition hallProvide relevant information and commitment letter (see Appendix B7- Commitment Letter for Safety Responsibility of Exhibition Air Compressors), submit all required documents to the main venue in accordance with regulations, and only after approval by the exhibition hall can the air compressor be powered on for use; If the submitted materials are not approved, unused air compressors must also be removed from the exhibition hall before the booth can be connected to lighting and electricity. 

InsuranceSpecial exhibition booths must purchase exhibition liability insurance (with additional fire insurance), which should cover damage to exhibition buildings, hiring of staff, and third-party personal injury. The insurance validity period must include exhibition setup, exhibition period, and dismantling. To safeguard the rights and personal safety of exhibitors and construction personnel. The compensation limit for personal injury and death shall not be less than 500000 yuan per person, and the cumulative compensation limit for personal injury and death in each accident shall not be less than 1.5 million yuan.

The main venue contractor can also provide insurance purchase, and if necessary, they can scan the code to purchase it themselves.
